Terms of use

UseMyTokens introduces two people and produces a document. It estimates what a project might cost in CCU, matches it against somebody with capacity, generates an ownership agreement from a template, and provides encrypted messaging.

It is not a party to your agreement, does not supervise the work, does not hold or transfer anything of value, and takes no fee. When two users sign, the contract is between them.

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account per person. Keep control of your email, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, anything you have no right to share, or anything that exists to harass somebody. Accounts used for spam, scraping, or circumventing rate limits get removed.

Nobody shares account credentials here and there is nowhere on the site to enter one. What you pledge is your own time on your own plan. You are responsible for reading your own agreement with Anthropic and deciding whether contributing that way is consistent with it. We do not decide that for you, and nothing on this site is a statement about what your plan permits.

When you pledge, you state which plan you hold. We record that statement and cannot verify it. Stating a plan you do not hold, or committing capacity you cannot deliver, is grounds for removal.

A CCU estimate is a prediction produced by a model or a rubric. It is frequently wrong, sometimes badly. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation rather than a quote, and do not commit to anything on the strength of it alone.

The six agreement templates are written in plain language and are not legal advice. They have not been reviewed for your jurisdiction, your circumstances, or the specific project. If what you are building is worth real money, pay a lawyer to read the agreement before you sign it.

What the platform does guarantee is narrow and worth stating precisely: the agreement text is hashed when it goes out for signature, and each signature stores the hash of the text that signer was shown. If the wording changed afterwards, either party can demonstrate it.

Messages are encrypted in your browser. We cannot read them and cannot recover them. If you lose your passphrase, that history is gone permanently. This is the intended behaviour and not a fault.

This runs on one server and is maintained by one person in their own time. It may be slow, unavailable, or discontinued. Back up anything you would be upset to lose, and download a copy of any agreement that matters to you rather than relying on it being here later.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, work that was not delivered, disputes between users, or anything produced using capacity arranged through this site. AI-generated output can be wrong, insecure, or infringe somebody else’s rights, and checking that is the job of the people doing the work.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We can remove an account that breaks these terms. Signed agreements survive deletion, because the other party has a legitimate interest in being able to prove what was agreed.
